- Technical issues on our end that prevent the completion of the dispatch service.
- Request for cancellation made within 24 hours of the service order, with no service provided during that period.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Quick Tech Service cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- If the service has already been completed and delivered to the client.
- If the request for a refund is made beyond 30 days from the date of service delivery.
- Any issues resulting from circumstances outside of our control, such as client-side delays, non-communication, or logistical issues unrelated to our service provision.
